We aim to keep the financing as Easy and painless as possible. It comes down to just 3 simple steps.
Step 1. Click the button below and fill out the Buyer Information form. This allows us to put your information into the Contracts. (Remember to mention the Property in Question in the comment field)
Step 2. You will recive an email invite to Digitally Sign the Contracts. Look them over and sign.
Step 3. Send your Down Payment. We can do this via Zelle or We can send you a specific link requesting the funds.
That's it! You're Done. After the Contracts and Down Payment are finished you'll receive an invite from GeekPay to set up your login information. This is where you'll be able to monitor your account or pay your note at will.
